We understand that things such as your event date or the weather can change unexpectedly. At Florentis by Perrone, we strive to provide exceptional service while ensuring clarity and transparency in our policies that’s why we want to inform you about our cancellation and rent policies so you can plan your event with peace of mind.
Please read our cancellation and rent policies carefully to know what to expect if you need to cancel your order.
Renting:
Customers are required to pay 100% of the rental cost for the decorations they are renting. However, in the event of cancellation:
- Cancellations made 1 week before the scheduled day will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 2 weeks before the scheduled day will be eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made 1 month before the scheduled day will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Flower Orders:
If the order is canceled with one month’s notice, a 100% refund will be provided. The customer will forfeit 100% of the money paid for cancellations with less notice. This policy is due to the perishable and delicate nature of flowers.
Damage to Rental Accessories:
Customers are responsible for fully paying for any rented accessories damaged or broken during the rental period.
