Do you have a rush-delivery service?

All orders must be placed one week in advance. However, from time to time, we have some arrangements in stock. So, if you need one-day flower delivery in Orlando to save your event, please contact us before placing your order, and we can show you which flower arrangements we have available.

Can I buy only one flower arrangement?
Yes! Although we specialize in event flower decor, you can only buy one arrangement per loved one or special occasion. Please contact us to learn more about the process and to hear all the details on our current availability.
What are the delivery areas and prices?
Our delivery covers all of Orlando. The prices vary depending on the area. You will see the price when placing your order.
How to know the status of your order?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a purchase confirmation, and as soon as your order is ready, we’ll inform you when it is on its way. The delivery time for all rental decor pieces is for 4 days only.

A full refund will be issued for canceled orders with a month’s notice. 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited if an order is canceled 29 days or less before the delivery date. This return policy is in place to protect and preserve our flower arrangement quality. Customers must always pay 100% of the cost of their rented product. Some exclusions apply:

Cancellations 1 week before the established day, get 50% of the money returned.
Cancellations 2 weeks before the established day, get 75% of the money returned.
Cancellations 1 month before the day, get 100% of the money returned.
